Our BABOLAT padel racquets come with a safety strap, which is required by the International Padel Federation's laws and is specified. By retaining the racquet in case it unintentionally slips out of the player's grasp, it serves to avert a possible incident.

The safety strap was created specifically for this purpose.  Any other usage, like voluntarily lowering the racquet several times during a rally, is likely to cause the strap to deteriorate too quickly and may separate from the handle.
