Refund policy
At Noah Sports, we strive to understand the needs of our customers and provide them with exceptional service. We recognize that in some cases, you may need to return or replace a product that you have received from us. To ensure that our customers are well-informed, we have provided our policy for returns and replacements below.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

- Your Order number
- Item you want to return.
- Reason of return
All items will be thoroughly inspected by our technical team before we can proceed further with either refund or exchange. All the Refunds / Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
Noah Sports reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.
In case of return for customized racquets with a specific string, standard Rs. 500 would be deducted towards string and stringing charges and the customer will have to bear courier charges for sending the racquet back to Noah Sports.
All refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a Noah Sports coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year or we will issue a bank refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
