The 2026 Pure Aero Plus is here. This racquet, like its predecessors, provides aggressive players with the means to strike an extremely heavy ball. This stick's longer 27.5" length, which increases its potential for power and spin (think heavy ball), distinguishes it from the ordinary Pure Aero. This Plus version is more difficult to swing, but it's better at absorbing and rerouting the pace of heavy hitters while also packing more pop.
Babolat redesigned the shaft's profile in 2026 to lessen wind drag, giving this longer racquet an unexpectedly quick feel. The most recent iteration of NF2 Tech, a damping technology that strategically places flax fibers to create a softer, more arm-friendly ride, is one of the other changes. This update features FSI Spin Technology, which, like the previous generation, combines Babolat's tried-and-true Woofer system with carefully positioned Spin Grommets to maximize dwell time and string movement. This results in more spin and a more responsive feel on angled contact.
