The Slinger Tennis Ball Launcher and its components are covered against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the original delivery date. This warranty does not cover tennis balls, pickleballs, or the lithium-ion battery.



Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following items and situations are NOT covered under this Limited Warranty:

Tennis balls or pickleballs of any kind
Lithium-Ion battery life or charge capacity
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (scratches, surface deformations, discoloration, or fading)
Damage caused by weather exposure
Rips, cuts, or tears caused by improper handling
Damage due to steam treatments or heat exposure
Units purchased from unauthorized sellers
Counterfeit products or units with removed/defaced serial numbers
Products purchased as "used," "as-is," or "without warranty"
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-Slinger parts
Accidental damage due to mishandling, neglect, or force majeure events
